Bio:

George started his legal career as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer in 1989 and practiced for 14 years as such. In 2003 he completed pupillage and became a member of the Pretoria Society of Advocates. He was a founding member of the Polokwane Society of Advocates in 2015 and has been serving as the Treasurer of the bar Council since, while at the same time remained an associate member at the Pretoria Bar. He practices in Commercial and Administrative Law and regularly appears in all the divisions of the High Court of the erstwhile Transvaal Province. He has appeared in the Supreme Court of Appeal as well as the Constitutional Court of South Africa.

Bio:

I hold an LLB degree (UNISA) as well as an advanced Diploma in Estate and Trust Administration (UFS). I also hold a diploma in Biotechnology and a certificate in Total quality Management.

I have a vast experience in DNA analysis as well as in Ballistics as I have been a forensic analyst under SAPS for 13 years.

I’m committed to maintaining unquestionable standards of honesty and integrity and maintaining intimate and trustworthy relationships with clients through rendering a legal service in an effective and timeous manner.

Sandile Dlamini

Qualifications:

Bio:

Sandile started his career as a corporate counsel in 1993 and has headed legal services and company secretariat divisions of several state-owned entities and companies. He has extensive experience in several areas of the law.

His practice focuses on Corporate Law & Governance; Commercial law; Delict & damages; Constitutional & Administrative Law; and Local Government Law. He handles litigation in the divisions of the High Court; Magistrates’ Courts; Labour Court; Tribunals and CCMA and has acted for corporate clients and individuals.

He also officiates as the chairman and initiator in disciplinary hearings.

Sandile is a member of the National Bar Council of South Africa. His Legal Practice Council number is 53567.

 

Mike Mbada

He completed his pupillage under the Legal Practice Council in 2023, he is currently a member of PABASA.

Bio:

Sivhaga completed his pupillage with the Gauteng Society of Advocates in 2018. He is currently a member of Centurion Society of Advocates and is its treasurer. He has worked in the Office of the Chief State Law Adviser in the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development for more than 25 years amongst others scrutinising Bills for Parliament, international Agreements subordinate legislation and furnishing legal opinions.

He has also worked at the United Nations in New York on secondment as an Expert Adviser in the United Nations Counter Terrorism Committee advising Member States on enacting legislation to combat the financing of terrorism.
